Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is the Technical arm of the Office of the Deputy Principal Academic performing a myriad of academic activities and duties. The Registrar’s office is responsible for maintain Students’ registration and enrolment in the Institution.

The Office works with the HODs of Academic Department and the Examination Office to determine Educational Course requirements for assessment, advertisement, admission and graduation within the specific Programs.

The Registrar develops procedures for registration, determines course requirements, keeps custody of ALL Students records for purposes of course completion, prepares Transcripts and provides Statistical Data regarding Student’s entry and enrolment.
